PACKAGES
When you contact Picture it Sold! LLC for your real estate photography needs, please select a package based on the size of the property. Consideration should be given for special architectural details, any twilight imagery required, etc. Following is a rough guide to help you select your photography package. The numbers below are the average quantity of images normally required to adequately showcase a listing; however, if more or fewer images are desired, please advise prior to your shoot. All fees are due and payable upon delivery of images.

Package 1 - 0-15 images - Up to 1500 s.f.
Package 2 - 21-36 images - 1500-2500 s.f.
Package 3 - 37-50 images - 2501-3500 s.f.
Package 4 - 51+ images - 3501-4500 s.f.
Over 4500 s.f. will be custom quoted
Please note that all Non-Sale Property Shoots (images are being used for business promotion/portfolio purposes) are priced differently than our Real Estate for Sale shoots as we are licensing them for long term use.
Picture it Sold! LLC retains the copyright protection of all web pages and digital images. Picture it Sold! LLC reserves the right to use all images for promotion of Picture it Sold! LLC. Only the original REALTOR® who paid for services, has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. Images cannot be altered after they are in your possession. Images cannot be sold, bartered, traded or given by one REALTOR® to another REALTOR® who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing. Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement.
